The nightly rate include all utilities bills, use of facilities in the building (gym, swimming pool etc.), toiletries etc. The booking does not include any meals.

Amazing accommodations provides accommodation to both working professionals and people travelling for leisure. We encourage min 2 nights stay and max. 90 nights. You will see that min. 1 night stay is possible but the rates are higher than min. 2 nights stay. We provide very low rates for more than 7 nights stay.

We have limited secured parking bays. You need to contact us to book the car park separately. We charge $20 per night extra for the carpark.

Early check in and late check out is possible based on availability. Our normal check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 10 am. Subject to availability Check out untill 11am does not incur any extra cost.

Sky Bus- Sky bus runs frequently between Airport and city(Southern Cross Station). Please click the link below to check price and book. Once you are in Southern cross station, you can catch another train to South Yarra station or take a taxi. Our property is 10 mins walk from South Yarra station.

Lake Mountains: During the white season Lake Mountain transforms into a winter wonderland. Activities on offer during the snow season include snow play, tobogganing, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

Yarra Valley Winery:  Have you ever seen a winery from the top? Hot air ballooning in yarra valley will give you a memorable experience.  Once you are back on the ground there are enough wineries and eateries to entertain you.

Philip Islands: Philip Island is popular for Motor sports and Penguins. But there is more. You can enjoy walking, cycling , local shops Fishing and boating

Wyndham Harbour: A Marina hardly 35 mins from  Melbourne CBD. Construction was just completed. On a good day you can see really nice view city skyline while enjoying coffee in the George’s Café. You can also enjoy a scenic Ferry ride from Docklands to Wyndham Marina.

South Yarra  is one of Melbourne’s oldest and most affluent inner-city suburbs, bordered by the Yarra River and Richmond to the north, Prahran to the south and Toorak to the east.

Shopping, fashion, dining and entertainment are the main features of South Yarra’s extensive commercial precinct. Busy Chapel Street is lined with exclusive retail outlets, cafes, clubs, the popular Jam Factory entertainment complex, the Como Centre and Vogue Shopping Plaza. Commercial Road, which divides South Yarra from Prahran, is home to more retail shops, the Pran Central Shopping Centre and the iconic Prahran Market with its large selection of gourmet foods and fresh produce. Toorak Road is home to restaurants and many stylish fashion retailers featuring the best of local and imported goods.

Many of South Yarra’s residential areas consist of attractive tree-lined streets. There are several historic mansions, including Como House which is open to the public, clusters of terrace houses and apartment buildings.

South Yarra has a large selection of open space and parkland for visitors and residents. The largest areas of parkland are along the Yarra River and also Fawkner Park along South Yarra’s western boundary. Smaller parks, many with playgrounds, can be found dotted throughout the suburb.

The meandering Yarra River forms the northern boundary of South Yarra. The shady Alexandra Avenue follows the path of the river and beside it is the Capital City Trail walkway and bicycle track which is part of a 32 kilometre loop around Melbourne’s inner suburbs. The Yarra River is lined by continuous parkland and panoramic views of the city and riverfront can be enjoyed from the several bridges which cross the river into Richmond, including Church Street Bridge, Hoddle Bridge at Punt Road and the pedestrian-only Morell Bridge.
